Join our team of leading IC/system design experts who are transforming human-computer interfaces with all-day real-time AI capabilities.


Key Responsibilities:

Office Management & Procurement

  • Handle day-to-day office needs including procurement of supplies, snacks, and utilities

  • Coordinate with vendors for office maintenance, services, and AMC renewals

  • Ensure general upkeep and organization of office spaces

IT & Infrastructure Support

  • Manage and troubleshoot office Wi-Fi, power backup, and related utilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for basic IT issues and escalate as needed

  • Maintain access control systems, office security devices, and IT infrastructure

Asset & Inventory Management

  • Maintain accurate records of office equipment, laptops, peripherals, and other IT assets

  • Manage check-in/check-out processes for employee equipment

  • Conduct regular inventory audits and coordinate procurement when needed

Logistics & Coordination

  • Oversee shipping, receiving, and courier needs for the office

  • Support event setups, team travel coordination, and offsite logistics

  • Liaise with external agencies and internal teams for logistical planning

IT Administration

  • Set up user accounts, email access, and other onboarding/offboarding technical tasks

  • Coordinate with external IT service providers for escalated issues or system upgrades

  • Ensure data backup routines and basic cybersecurity practices are followed


Skills & Qualifications:

  • 1–3 years of experience in office administration, IT support, or workplace operations

  • Ability to multitask and solve problems proactively

  • Basic knowledge of networking, hardware, and office software tools

  • Hands-on and solution-oriented with a proactive mindset

  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of operational areas

  • Good communication and vendor coordination skills


Bonus Skills (Nice to Have):

  • Experience managing facilities in a startup or fast-paced environment

  • Basic budgeting or procurement experience
