💡 The Role

We’re seeking a Post-Silicon Validation Manager to lead Ixana’s validation efforts in Bengaluru. You’ll:

Build and mentor a high-performing validation team

Own validation strategy for Wi-R SoCs and subsystems

Set up world-class labs and automation frameworks

Collaborate across IC design, firmware, and system teams globally

Drive end-to-end debugging, performance, and power validation

10+ years in post-silicon validation of SoCs or communication chips

Strong lab expertise with oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, probes

Proficiency in Python / C / C++ for automation and data analysis

Proven experience leading and scaling engineering teams

Passion for low-power systems and wireless technologies
