About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations & Customer Support Coordinator to join our growing semiconductor startup. This is an entry-level role where you’ll wear many hats and play an important part in keeping our supply chain, vendor interactions, and customer operations running smoothly.

You’ll get hands-on experience in logistics, vendor coordination, and customer support — while learning how products move through the global semiconductor ecosystem. This is a great opportunity for someone eager to grow with a startup and build a strong foundation in operations and supply chain.

What You'll Do

  • Supply Chain & Logistics Support:

    • Assist in identifying and onboarding new vendors as per team requirements.

    • Place orders with existing vendors and meticulously track their status.

    • Coordinate and track shipments to and from vendors to ensure timely delivery.

    • Assist in resolving basic vendor and shipment-related issues under supervision.

  • Customer & Sales Support:

    • Generate and send customer invoices and assist with payment follow-ups.

    • Accurately record and store all data related to orders, shipments, and customer communications.

    • Manage and respond to vendor emails in a timely and professional manner.

  • General Operations:

    • Support the operations team with a variety of ad-hoc tasks as they arise.

    • Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure smooth operations.

    • Have an interest in using modern tools and technology, including AI assistants, to improve efficiency.

What we are looking for

  • Education: Bachelor's degree (any stream) or a diploma in Business, Commerce, or a related field.

  • Experience: 0-2 years of professional experience in an office administration, coordination, or related operations role. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

  • Skills:

    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are a must.

    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).

    • A proactive attitude and a strong willingness to learn.
