Our India office in Bangalore plays a critical role in driving global operations, execution, and strategic coordination.
About the Role
You will work directly with the CEO and founding team to drive strategic initiatives, coordinate cross-functional execution, and streamline operations. You are expected to step into multiple roles from coordinating shipping packages to jumping on calls.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Execution
Work closely with founders to translate company priorities into structured action plans
Track progress across strategic initiatives and ensure accountability
Prepare executive briefs, presentations, and decision-support documents
Conduct research, market analysis, and competitive benchmarking
2. Cross-Functional Coordination
Align teams across operations, product, finance, hiring, and partnerships
Identify bottlenecks and proactively resolve execution gaps
Improve internal communication and documentation standards
Maintain structured trackers and operating dashboards
3. Special Projects
Drive high-impact, time-sensitive projects directly from the founder’s desk
Support fundraising preparation, partnerships, hiring initiatives, and business planning
Help design and implement internal operating rhythms (OKRs, execution trackers, review cadences)
4. On-Site Operations
Support day-to-day on-site operations ensuring smooth coordination across teams
Assist in managing office logistics, vendor coordination, and facilities oversight
Partner with leadership on hiring logistics, onboarding coordination, and candidate experience
Help organize leadership reviews, cross-functional meetings, and company-wide sessions
Ensure execution follow-through on priorities discussed in reviews

Preferred Background
MBA from Tier 1 institutions (IIMs, ISB, etc.)
ORB.Tech / Dual Degree from Tier 1 engineering institutions (IITs, top NITs, BITS Pilani, etc.)
0–4 years of experience in startups, consulting, product, operations, or high-growth environments preferred
